By creating an account or using Tempo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Wellbeing, not medicine
Tempo is a general wellbeing companion. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its suggestions are informational only. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something Tempo said. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in Studio, which permanently removes your data.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Tempo: no reverse engineering, automated scraping, interference with the service, or use that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights.
Your content
Your logs, moods, and preferences remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the app can work for you.
Availability and changes
Tempo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Tempo and delete your account at any time.
