Tempo is a calm companion for your day. If something isn't behaving, start here — most questions have a one-line answer.
Contact
Send us a note below, or email support@findmytempo.com. Include your device, iOS version, and what you were doing. We reply within two business days.
Apple Health isn't showing anything
Health is optional and Tempo works fully without it. To connect or review access, open Studio in Tempo, then iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Tempo. Sleep, heart rate, HRV, and movement each need to be allowed separately.
Calendar suggestions look wrong
Tempo only reads how busy your day is, never event details. You can turn calendar use off at any time in Studio; suggestions fall back to your rhythm and check-ins.
Apple Music won't play in a session
In-app playback needs an active Apple Music subscription and permission for Tempo. Without either, Tempo hands the playlist to the Music app instead. Permission lives in iOS Settings › Tempo › Media & Apple Music.
I'm not getting cue reminders
Turn on Cue reminders in Studio and allow notifications when asked. If you previously declined, enable them in iOS Settings › Notifications › Tempo. Tempo sends at most three a day and never inside your quiet hours.
Exporting or deleting your data
Studio › Your data exports everything Tempo holds as a single file. Studio › Delete account permanently removes your account and all associated data. Both are immediate and need no email to us.
A note on health
Tempo is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. For medical concerns, talk to a clinician.
